24-Hour All You Can Eat Buffet for under $10
This stretch of Interstate 10 is a Trucker’s Paradise. Most gas stations are Open 24 Hours and there’s food available along the way. TA Travel Centers are abundant on this part of the 10. Many have showers, food, laundry, and sometimes an arcade if you’re itchin’ to beat your Galaga score. The one in Marianna even has an All You Can Eat Buffet for less than $10!
Southern cooking at the Red Onion Grill in Lee, FL
Between Lake City and Tallahassee, there’s a little town off the 10 Freeway called Lee, “where heaven smiles down on earth.” Just off the interstate you will find the Red Onion Grill in Jimmy’s Auto Truck Plaza. And yes, they’re open 24 hours for your dining pleasure. Apparently, they’re home of the “real hamburger.” I guess all those burgers you guys have been eating have been fakes…suckas!
Hot Stuff in Tallahassee Late-Night
While driving down Interstate 10, we also stopped off for a bite in Tallahassee and stumbled upon a 24-hour adult store called X-Mart Adult Supercenter…. something to keep in mind in case you’re in the mood at 3 A.M.
As the editor of 2itch.com, I get to find all the places across the nation that are open up way past my bedtime. I'm a wanderer by nature, so finding late night grub, coin-operated racquetball, and slushies in the middle of the night has been a lot of fun for me.
